This policy covers currentgroup.co.nz and anything you send Current Group Limited directly. Goodsun publishes its own privacy policy for what happens inside the product. Both are written under the Privacy Act 2020.
Very little. This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics. Our host keeps standard server logs, which include IP address, browser and the page requested. If you email us, we hold the email, your name and address, and whatever you chose to include, such as a CV.
To reply to you, to consider you for work if that is why you wrote, and to keep the site running and secure. We do not use your information for advertising, and we do not sell it.
Our hosting and email providers process it on our instructions. Nobody else, unless the law requires it.
Some of those providers store data outside New Zealand. We only use providers that are required to protect it to a standard comparable to the Privacy Act.
Email for as long as the conversation is useful, and no longer than two years after it ends unless you ask us to keep it. Server logs for as long as our host retains them, which is short.
You can ask to see the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email privacy@currentgroup.co.nz and a person will answer within ten working days. If we get it wrong you can complain to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner.
